UAGC believes that student should learn how to redirect their own behavior, thus we have implemented a student-created ladder in order to give students opportunities to redirect their behavior and re-enter what a culture of learning. To assist students who are struggling to redirect their behavior, students become involved with a program entitled "Keepers of the Culture."
